The Petitioner claims to be a public-spirited person. He also claims to be a social worker and a businessman. However, the details of none of these have been set out in this Petition. The prayer put forth is that the Corporation should carry out a survey and submit a comprehensive list of illegal constructions in BMC Ward K-West, along with the status of the action taken. Another direction sought is that all such structures should be demolished and the illegal constructions be sealed. Yet another prayer put forth is that departmental enquiries be conducted and penal action be initiated against the officers.
