Sbw 17-IA-8096-2025+.doc seeks leave to withdraw Petition with liberty to challenge the said Order passed by the District Deputy Registrar, K East Ward, before the Divisional Joint Registrar under Section 154(2).
2.1) Leave and liberty granted.
3) Petition is disposed off as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 4) In view of the fact that, the Petitioner now intends to challenge the impugned Order before the Appellate Authority, we permit Petitioner to withdraw the amount deposited in the Registry of this Court along with interest accrued thereon as of today.
5) The concerned Assistant Registrar is directed to return the deposited amount to the Petitioner within a period of one working week from the date of receipt of the Application from the Petitioner. 6) In view of disposal of Writ Petition, Interim Application No.8096 of 2025 is accordingly disposed off.
