The Writ Petition has been placed for compliance. By an order dated 28 November 2025 this Court had appointed Court Receiver in respect of the licensed premises No.3102 and directed the Court Receiver to forthwith take physical possession of the said licensed premises from Respondent No.7 or any other person who may be found therein and thereafter, hand over possession of the same to the Petitioner. This exercise was to be successfully completed within a period of four weeks from the date of the Shubham 1/2

2 3-WP-4974-2025.doc said order and in any event, no later than 26 December 2025. Today, the Court Receiver is present in Court has tendered a site report dated 11 December 2025 which shows that on 10 December 2025 the representative of the Court Receiver has take physical possession of the licensed premises along with two car parking with the necessary police assistance. The site report dated 11 December 2025 is taken on record. 2.

By the said order, the Court Receiver stood automatically discharged upon successful completion of the directions of this Court vide order dated 28 November 2025 which we note have been duly complied with. 3.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
