We have heard the learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Petitioners and the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Corporation.

The learned Advocate for the Corporation, on instructions, submits that the authorised personnel of the Corporation would visit the Writ premises and carry out an inspection tomorrow, i.e., 4th February 2026, at 11.00 a.m. Upon completion of the inspection, the inspecting team would prepare a report identifying the area requiring tenantable repairs and the area Gauri Gaekwad
