By praecipe bearing today's date, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner has sought for extension of time for carrying out conversion of the Writ Petitions into First Appeals which were allowed to be carried out by Order dated 1st December 2025 as corrected by Order dated 5th December, 2025.

It is stated in the praecipe that the papers have not reached the Registry and therefore, conversion could not be carried out.

In view thereof, extension of time is granted. 5.

The Petitioner is permitted to carry out the conversion of the Writ Petitions into First Appeals within a period of three weeks from today.

Praecipe is accordingly disposed of.
