The Corporation has already taken a decision on 28th February 2023, which is at page No. 80 in the Petition paperbook, by which the petitioner is allotted 300 sq ft. space, thereby increasing the space made available to the petitioner by 150 sq. ft. (earlier space was 150 sq. ft.).

The Petitioner seeks a Writ of Mandamus to the Corporation to deal with the recommendation dated 28th February 2023, by which it is recommended by the Assistant Superintendent Rohit Ghuge - PA

13.OS.WP.5451.2025.odt Market to the In-charge Assistant of Superintendent, (Market) Western Suburban, that the Petitioner be granted an increase in the area of the shop from 150 ft. to 300 ft., and yet the Corporation has not taken a decision. He prays for a direction to the Corporation to take a decision on the recommendation.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with a direction to the Corporation to deal with the said recommendation and, after following the due procedure as is applicable, to pass an appropriate order within a period of sixty days from today. The decision be communicated to the Petitioner within five working days, after the decision is arrived at.
