1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Harinder Singh Bhajan Singh Gupta being son of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Darshan Kaur Bhajan singh Gupta died intestate at Mumbai on 16.05.2015. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 09.12.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased No. 1 which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted. Deceased No. 2 namely Bhajan Singh Daulatram Gupta died intestate at Mumbai on 24.05.2017. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Both the deceased were husband and wife. Deceased was survived by one son and four daughters. Out of them son is petitioner herein and all four daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 22.01.2026 and Administration Bond dated 14.02.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
