1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner being daughter of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely John Lawson died intestate at Mumbai on 11.09.2010. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 16.12.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted. Deceased No. 2 namely Angela John Lawson died intestate at Mumbai on 3.7.2021. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that both the deceased were husband and wife. Parents of both deceased predeceased the deceased. Both the deceased were survived by two sons and three daughters. Out of them one daughter is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 20.01.2026 and Administration Bond dated 17.01.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
