1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Chameli Rambali Patel being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Hariram Panchu Kurmi died intestate at Uttar Pradesh on 02.03.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased is survived by two sons and four daughters. Out of them one daughter is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 03.02.2026 and Administration Bond dated 27.01.2026 are filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
