1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Rohinton Parvez Master and Kashmira Behram Master being son and daughter-in-law of deceased respectively. Deceased No.1 namely Parvez Nusserwanji Master died intestate at Mumbai on 26.09.2001. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No.2 namely Dolly Parvez Master died intestate at Mumbai on 04.06.2002. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition.
2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that both the deceased were husband and wife. Parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. One son of both the deceased namely Behram died leaving behind his widow and one son. Both the deceased were survived by two sons, one daughter-in-law and one grandson. Out of them one son and daughter-in-law are petitioners herein and another son and grandson have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.
3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 29.01.2026 and Administration Bond dated 20.01.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
