1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. In this matter, order for grant is already issued by this Hon'ble Court on 23.03.2026.

2. As per the order dated 23.03.2026, office is directed to issue the grant subject to all other compliance and strictly in accordance with law. From the perusal of the petition, it is noticed that consent Affidavit filed by sister of deceased namely Sunita Tahmankar is not in accordance with law. The said deponent put her thumb impression however, it is neither explained and interpreted to her and the reason is also not stated why the thumb impression is put on the said Affidavit. Advocate to take steps accordingly. Remove from board.
