1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Mrudula Rupesh Zaveri being daughter of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Kantilal Shantilal Soni died intestate at Gujarat on 14.07.1996. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 13.12.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased viz. copy of which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted. Deceased No. 2 namely Taramati Kantilal Soni died intestate at Gujarat on 28.10.2008. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that both the deceased were husband and wife. Parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Both the deceased had two sons and three daughters. One son of both the deceased namely Devendrakumar died, leaving behind one son and one daughter. Both the deceased were survived by one son, three daughters, one grandson and one granddaughter. Out of them one daughter is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

There is only one securities mentioned in the Schedule however, from the Schedule, it is not clear that the said securities was held jointly by both the deceased. The document at page No. 18 also shows that the securities is owned by only deceased No. 1. Hence, petitioner to explain why deceased No. 2 joined in the petition.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 20.01.2026 and Administration Bond dated 15.01.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. Liberty to move for listing the matter on compliance of requisition stated in Bold hereinabove.
