1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Abdul Hakim Ibrahim Mirza and Mohammed Ilyas Ebrahim Mirza being sons of deceased. Deceased namely Ebrahim Rahimtulla Mirza died intestate at Mumbai on 04.05.1995. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 17.12.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and grandparents of deceased predeceased the deceased. As per para No. 4 of the petition, deceased was survived by two sons, one daughter, one daughter-in-law and two granddaughters. Out of them both sons are petitioners herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 30.01.2026 and Administration Bond dated 03.02.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed. 16.02.2026 COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR
