1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Zaibunnisa Mohammed Amin Mirza being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Mohd Amin E Mirza died intestate at Mumbai on 15.01.1997. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 11.12.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and grandparents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by his widow and two daughters. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and both the daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 11.02.2026 and Administration Bond dated 11.02.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
