1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Mayur Manubhai Modi being son of deceased. Deceased namely Manubhai Vrajlal Modi died intestate at Gujarat on 08.03.1993. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 13.12.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother of deceased predeceased the deceased. Widow of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased is survived by three sons and two daughters. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 06.02.2026 and Administration Bond dated 26.02.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
