Heard Mr. Kalbhor, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 3.

Present Testamentary Petition is filed by Petitioner for issuance of Letters of Administration in respect of the properties and credits of deceased Virendra Ramrao Vaiwoode. The names and details of legal heirs of the deceased are stated in paragraph No.8 of the Petition. Purpose for filing the present Petition is stated in paragraph No.6 Petition. I have perused the same.

Consent affidavit dated 06.11.2026 of Madhuri Gurunath Shirodkar, the legal heirs of the deceased are appended to page No. 54 of the Petition.

In view of the above, there can be no impediment in allowing the Petition. Testamentary Petition is allowed and disposed of in terms of un-numbered prayer clause which reads thus:- "The Petitioner therefore prays that the Letter of Administration with Will annexed may be granted to the Petitioner, being one of the Legatees and Sole Beneficiary named under the Last Will and Testament dated 02nd March 2023 of the Deceased, having effect throughout the State of Maharashtra and for the fact that the Sole Executor, named under the said Will, has renounced his right and granted his consent to file the present Petition wide his Affidavit of Renouncing Right."

Department is directed to issue the Grant as directed above within a period of 3 weeks from today positively. 7.

Testamentary Petition is allowed and disposed subject to compliance of office objections, if any, forthwith which shall be allowed by the Department.
