TP/209/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Jyoti Badgujar i/b. Lakdwala and Co., Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Anjali Naresh Kochhar being married daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Radhey Shyam Oberai said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 27.03.2018. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased had no son and was survived by two daughters. Out of them one daughter is petitioner herein and another daughter has given her consent. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice and Administration Bond are filed. Delay is explained in para No. 10 of the petition. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
