The petitioner to file an affidavit of the attesting witness regarding the addition/deletion/inter-lineation, etc. in the Will vide Rule 383 read with note provided at the foot of form No. 102 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980.

2. The petitioner to file an affidavit of the attesting witness regarding the interpretation of the Will to the testator/testatrix, vide Rule 419 read with note provided at the foot of form No. 102 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. 3.

The petitioner to execute the Administration Bond for the gross amount in view of Rule 420 in form no. 118 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. 4.

Petitioner to file affidavit of service as per Rule 397 of the Bombay High Court ( O. S.) Rules, 1980.

Petitioner to comply requisition of Issuance of Notice to the Collector as per the Rule 396 of the Rules by submitting the true copy of the schedule-I in the department/ by uploading the true copy of the schedule-I in the portal, as the case may be.

Petitioner to state about husband's Parent, as per the Hindu Succession Act, 1956 (for short "HS Act").

Heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner. Petitioner seeks permission to amend the petition, in terms of the Draft amendment, annexed to the said praecipe, dated 09.03.2026. Proposed amendment is appeared to be relevant in terms of draft amendment. Hence, submission is accepted. Petitioner to carry out an amendment withing period of 03 weeks from the date of uploading this order, if the petition is pending. Consequential amendment, if any, stands allowed. Furthermore, in case of online petition, the petitioner to upload the amended petition, within period of 05 days from the date of amendment. Upon filing an additional affidavit by the petitioner, confirming the proposed amendment, the re-verification, if any, stands dispensed with. However, Ld. advocate for the petitioner to initial the amendment. 8.
