Heard Mr. Dhokale, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 3.

In view of Certificate of Guardianship issued by National Trust alongwith relevant documents in respect of two daughters of deceased which is appended from page Nos.27 to 33 of the Petition, the objection No.3 in the requisition dated 11.03.2026 stands expressly dispensed with.

I have perused the Petition.

Present Testamentary Petition is filed by Petitioner for issuance of Letters of Administration in respect of the properties and credits of deceased. For the reasons mentioned in paragraph No.5 onwards and details and description having been given in paragraph

P2.TP.235.2026.doc No.2, there can be no impediment whatsoever in allowing the Petition. 6.

Petition is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:- "a.

That Letters of Administration may be granted to Petitioner in respect of the immovable property of the deceased, set forth in Schedule-I hereto, with right to get the said property transfer in the name of the Petitioner."

Issuance of proclamation stands dispensed with. 8.

Department is directed to issue the Grant as directed above within a period of 2 weeks from today positively. 9.

Testamentary Petition is allowed and disposed subject to compliance of office objections, if any, forthwith which shall be allowed by the Department.
