1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. As per para No. 10 of the petition, one TP No. 5486 of 2025 was filed for Letters of Administration for the estate of same deceased and the same is withdrawn by petitioner as per order dated 28.11.2025 annexed as Exhibit - "E" to the petition.

2. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Soma Lakshmi Rao being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Elizabeth Rao died intestate at Mumbai on 30.03.2015. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Husband of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two daughters. Out of them one daughter is petitioner herein and another daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

4. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 09.02.2026 and Administration Bond dated 29.01.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
