Perused Petition.

The petitioner, namely Rutuja Prashant Bhat, being the daughter in law of the deceased, namely Premakiran Vijay Bhat alias Premaakiran Vijay Bhattalias Premakiran V. Bhat, applied for the grant of the Letters of administration in respect of the properties left by the deceased.

The deceased died on 01.05.2022, leaving his predeceased sons' children, namely, Vedika Bhat and Hruday Bhat. Deceased's son Vijay Bhat, died on 11th April, 2017. Hence, the petitioner cannot be heir of the deceased vide Sec. 15(1)(a) of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956.

Hence, the petitioner to take steps to make the petition maintainable as per the provisions of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 (for short "IS Act"). 5.
