Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 04.04.2025 to amend the capacity of the petitioner as per the praecipe. In view of contents of the Paragraph No. 8 and 10 of the Will along with the fact that petitioner has obtained the probate of the Will and Testament of since deceased Anita, to whom the property was bequeathed under the Will, the submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed.
