Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 09.5.2025 and thereby seeks permission to amend the petition by making an averment about the legal heirs of the deceased as mentioned in the praecipe. Praecipe is allowed with condition to aver the detailed facts about the legal heirs according to the provisions of the personal laws applicable to the deceased.
