1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 09.4.2025 and thereby submitted that in Order dated 26.03.2025, name of the attesting witness is wrongly mentioned as Ashihs Prakashchandra Gupta instead of Prakash Sadashiv Gaonkar and also date of the order is also incorrect. Hence, same may be corrected.

2. Heard, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner and perusal of the petition submission is accepted and name of the attesting witness in order dated 26.03.2025 is corrected and read as "Prakash Sadashiv Gaonkar". Furthermore, date of the Order is also corrected and read as "26th March, 2025".

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 26.03.2025 will remain as it is.

4. Removed from the board.
