Heard Ld. advocate for the petitioner. He seeks extension of the time for issuance of citation, vide an earlier order passed in the petition. Considering the submission, the time to issue citation, vide a referred order, stands extended by 02 weeks, from the date of uploading this order, on same terms and condition, which are referred in the said order.

2. The petitioner to execute the Administration Bond for the gross amount in view of Rule 420 in form no. 118 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. 3.

Petitioner to comply requisition of Issuance of Notice to the Collector as per the Rule 396 of the Rules by submitting the true copy of the schedule-I in the department/ by uploading the true copy of the schedule-I in the portal, as the case may be.
