1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Pankaj Champaklal Shah being son of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Shushilaben Champaklal Shah died intestate at Ahmedabad on 01.12.1967. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 16.12.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted. Deceased No. 2 namely Champaklal Chandulal Shah died intestate at Ahmedabad on 21.01.2012. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that both the deceased were husband and wife. Parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased is survived by one son and two daughters. Out of them son is petitioner herein and both the daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 10.02.2026 and Administration Bond dated 27.02.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
