TP/362/2025 Petitioner in-person present PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Nisha Manoj Patil and Hrishikesh Manoj Patil being widow and son of deceased respectively. Deceased namely Manoj Shantaram Patil said to be died intestate at Vasai, District Palghar on 05.03.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "B".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by his widow and one son who both are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 17.02.2025 is filed. As all surviving legal heirs of the deceased are petitioners before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
