1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Veneet Balkrishen Mahajan being son of deceased. Deceased namely Shakuntala Mahajan died intestate at Mumbai on 18.09.2018. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased since deceased the deceased. Mother of husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two sons. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and another son has given his consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 10.02.2026 and Administration Bond dated 13.02.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
