1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Hasina Suleman Lokhandwala being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Suleman Umerbhai Lokhandwala died intestate at Mumbai on 29.02.1988. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. One daughter of deceased namely Jamila died leaving behind her husband and one son. Deceased was survived by his widow, three sons, three daughters and one grandson. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 05.02.2026 and Administration Bond dated 09.02.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
