1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Jawaad Zaheer Ahmad Khan being son of both the deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Zaheer Ahmed Ameer Khan died intestate at Mumbai on 29.08.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Raeesa Banu Zaheer Ahmed Khan died intestate at Mumbai on 25.07.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that both the deceased were husband and wife. They are survived by one son and three daughters. Out of them son is petitioner herein and three daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 11.02.2026 and Administration Bond dated 08.04.2026 are separately uploaded through e-filing. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
