1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. As per directions issued on 04.03.2026, petitioner has paid the separate court fees for deceased No. 2 on 17.03.2026 by Challan being GRN No. MH019340075202526U. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Jalaluddin Jafferali Moloo being son of both the deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Zubeda Jaffer Moloo died intestate at State of California, USA on 11.08.2013. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Jaffer Moloo died intestate at State of California, USA on 27.08.2009. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Both the deceased were husband and wife. Both the deceased were survived by one son and two daughters. Out of them son is petitioner herein and both daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 10.02.2026 and Administration Bond dated 12.12.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
