1. Perused the Petition. It is seen that the Petition for Succession Certificate is filed against the property of the deceased Sanjay Madanlal Mehta the petition is filed by Sangeeta Sanjay Mehta being wife of the deceased.

2. Heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to the deceased filed by petitioner being wife of the deceased. The deceased expired on 29.08.2013. The Id Proof copy of Voter Id and Pan Card are annexed to the petition.

3. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of the deceased predeceased the deceased. The deceased is survived by wife and one son. Consent Affidavit of son is filed.

4. The Petitioner has filed the Oath dated 19.12.2024. The Ld. Advocate has filed the Administration bond executed by the petitioner on 11.03.2025. Affidavit of Service of General Notice dated 28.02.2025 is filed. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

5. Office to issue Succession Certificate as

prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
