TP/415/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Sadhna Singh, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Lila Suresh Makwana being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Suresh Ramji Makwana died intestate at Mumbai on 31.05.2017. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow and one minor son. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and the petitioner being mother and natural guardian of the minor son has given consent on behalf of the said minor son. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 17.02.2025 and Administration Bond dated 03.03.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
