This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Gopal Bhimrao Raut being son of deceased. Deceased namely Bhimrao Narayan Raut said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 07.10.1992. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Ld. Advocate for petitioner has filed Affidavit of petitioner for dispensation of identification proof of deceased, which is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased had no daughter and was survived by three sons. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice and Administration Bond are filed. Delay is explained in para No. 8 of the petition. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
