Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 15.02.2025 and thereby seeks permission to amend the marital status of the deceased in the title of the petition. It appears that already marital status of the deceased is mentioned in the petition. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner to verify that marital status of the deceased and if it is not mentioned in his original petition, then the petitioner to amend the same within 03 weeks from the date of uploading this order, if the petition is pending, and upload the said petition in the CIS within 03 days from the date of amendment. Reverification is dispensed with. However, Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner to initial the amendment. 2.

Petitioner to correct the year in administration bond and re-upload the same. Furthermore, corrections must be initialed by the petitioner, surety and notary.
