1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 07.04.2025 and thereby submitted that in order dated 28.03.2025 name of the deceased is mentioned as "VASANIT VISHNU PHADIG" instead of "VASANT VISHNU PHADKE" and same may be corrected.

2. I have heard the Ld. Advocate for the petitioner and after perusal of the petition, name of the deceased in order dated 28.03.2025 is corrected and read as "VASANT VISHNU PHADKE".

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 28.03.2025 will remain as it is.

4. Removed from the board.
