1. Petitioner to take steps for inventory of the locker, which is mentioned in the schedule-I of the petition.

2. Ld. advocate for the petitioner submits that eh locker was held by the deceased with Sarvesh Ankush Mulye. Hence, the contents of the said locker are known to the petitioner.

3. Ld. advocate for the petitioner to state this fact on oath with supporting document, which shows that the said locker is not in the name of the deceased, as on today, due to terms of the allotment. Hence, adjourned.
