Ld. advocate for the petitioner submitted that the locker mentioned in the schedule-I of the petition now does not belonging to the deceased, in view of the letter issued by the Bank. Hence, the petitioner to amend the schedule-I of the petition. 2.

Ld. advocate for the petitioner by way of praecipe dated 30.04.2025, seeks permission to delete the locker. As the said Locker, does not stand in the name of the deceased, as on today, prayer to delete the locker stands allowed. The schedule-I to be amended. Petitioner to annexed the praecipe along with the banks' letter in the amended petition. 3.
