Present Testamentary Petition is filed by Petitioner for issuance of Letters of Administration in respect of the properties and credits of deceased Shrirang Abaji Mohite alias Shrirang A. Mohite. The names and details of legal heirs of the deceased are stated in paragraph No.4 of the Petition. Purpose for filing the present Petition is stated in paragraph No.7of the Petition. I have perused the same. 4.

Consent affidavits dated 11.12.2025 of Kiran Shrirang Mohite, Yashwant Shrirang Mohite, Vijay Shrirang Mohite, Rajendra Shrirang Mohite and Rajshri Somnath Bobhate alias Rajshri Shrirang

M5.TP.488.2026.doc Mohite, the legal heirs of the deceased are appended to page Nos. 18, 21, 24, 27 and 30 of the Petition.

In view of the above, there can be no impediment in allowing the Petition. Testamentary Petition is allowed and disposed of in terms of un-numbered prayer clause which reads thus:- "the Letters of Administration be granted to the Petitioner having effect throughout the State of Maharashtra;"

Department is directed to issue the Grant as directed above within a period of 3 weeks from today positively. 7.

Testamentary Petition is allowed and disposed subject to compliance of office objections, if any, forthwith which shall be allowed by the Department.
