TP/577/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Gopal Dalvi, Advocate for petitioner P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Baldev Pralhadji Mewada being brother of deceased. Deceased namely Ratilal Pralhadji Mewada died intestate at Mumbai on 05.05.2015. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died as widower. Wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Son of deceased namely Mukesh Ratilal Sutar died on 02.01.2021 and his wife Rita Mukesh Mewada died on 02.12.1993. The said Mukesh died issue-less. Deceased was survived by one brother only who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 03.06.2025 and Administration Bond dated 20.02.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
