This petition is for Probate of last Will and Testament of deceased filed by petitioner namely Rocky Nari Jagtiani being sole Executor named under the Will of deceased. The deceased namely Savita Nari Jagtiani died at Mumbai on 28.06.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is annexed to the petition.

2. The deceased left behind her last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Mumbai on 23.08.2023. The said Will is in English language. The page No. 7 after Para No. 4 of the Will refers to the appointment of Executor. Only one Executor appointed under the Will.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavits of Abhinandan Brajesh Gupta and Sree Charan Chevula Vijay Kumar both dated 04.01.2025 both the Attesting Witness to the Will are filed.

4. Ld. Advocate for petitioner states that petitioner is the only surviving legal heir of deceased however, there is no such statement in the petition. Ld. Advocate for petitioner seeks leave to amend para No. 7 of the petition. Amendment allowed. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to carry out amendment within eight weeks from the date of uploading of this order. Ld. Advocate for petitioner re-upload the amended petition on the official portal of the Bombay High Court.
