1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Manjulaben Keharchand Jain being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Keharchand Manchhalal Jain died intestate at Mumbai on 29.02.1996. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased is survived by his widow and three sons. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and all three sons have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 18.03.2026 and Administration Bond dated 20.03.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
