Hence, petitioner to carry out an amendment within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Re-verification is dispensed with. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner to initial the amendment.

Administration bond is defective as name of the surety is not mentioned in para no. 1, it is not filed for the gross amount and dates are also to be mentioned as per the form no. 118 r/w Rules 420 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980. Furthermore, corrections must be initialed by the petitioner, surety and notary and re-upload the same.
