TP/640/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Uttam Rane, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Rajesh Shivkumar Parmar being nephew of deceased. Deceased namely Shirley Manilal Parmar died intestate at Mumbai on 12.06.2022. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died as spinster. One brother of deceased namely Sharadchandra died leaving behind one daughter and one son. One sister of deceased namely Usha died leaving behind one son. Deceased was survived by one nephew and one niece. Out of them nephew is petitioner herein and niece has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 20.02.2025 and Administration Bond dated 22.08.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
