This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Vimal Arvind Chavan being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Annapurna Ramkrushna Kantale died intestate at Mumbai on 17.07.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Details of husband of deceased is not mentioned in the petition. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased was survived by four daughters. Out of them one daughter is petitioner herein and all three daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 03.03.2025 and Administration Bond dated 19.09.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when the matter is completely ready for final grant.
