2. Later on, Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 03.04.2025 and thereby seeks permission to amend the petition by making an averment about the legal heirs of the deceased as per the praecipe. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the amendment, reverification is dispensed with.

3. Petitioner to carryout an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.
