TP/653/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Sameer Logade, Advocate for petitioner P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Dilip Shamjibhai Muni, who is brother of deceased. Deceased namely Vijaybhai Shamjibhai Muni, said to be died intestate at Gujarat on 12.10.2022. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "B".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that father and mother of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died as bachelor. Brother of the deceased Navinchandra predeceased the deceased, died leaving behind his wife, two daughters and one son. Deceased was survived by three brothers, three sisters, one sister-in-law, two nieces and one nephew. Out of them one brother is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of the petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 28.02.2025 and Administration Bond dated 18.02.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
