1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Ramesh Shyamsundar Kothari being grandson of deceased. Deceased namely Sushiladevi Madanlal Kothari died intestate at Mumbai on 10.12.2002. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pan Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased had three sons and one daughter. As per para No. 4 of the petition, deceased is survived by one son, one daughter, two daughters-in-law and four grandsons. Out of them one grandson is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 21.02.2026 and Administration Bond dated 25.02.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
