2. I have perused the said praceipe, by an order dated 30.09.2025 directed as to carry out amendment in the petition. Advocate for petitioner submits that the petitioner is senior citizen and stays in Hyderabad therefore, petitioner could not remain present for carry out amendment in the petition. Hence, petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 21.11.2025 for dispensation of re-verification. The same is accepted.
