This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Vidya Rajesh Kargutkar and Nilesh Damodar Bhagat being brother and sister of deceased. Deceased namely Nitin Damodar Bhagat died intestate at Mumbai on 26.10.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died as bachelor. Deceased was survived by one sister and one brother who are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 27.02.2025 is filed. Since, petitioners are only surviving legal heirs hence, Administration Bond is not required to file. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
